Cancellation Policy

Funds are non-refundable save that the Credit Union may in its discretion refund the Donation/Fee in limited circumstances such as, the event is cancelled by the venue, provided that the Credit Union receives a refund on sums the Credit Union paid to the venue for the event; or another reason the Credit Union deems reasonable.
